As part of our continued commitment to the intermediary channel, we are always keen to hear from intermediaries who are not currently trading with us and with whom we can develop successful business relationships.
If you would like to apply for an Ark agency, please download and complete the 'Agency Application' form below.
Please send these together with the supporting documents detailed on the checklist at the bottom of the application form via:

On receipt of the completed forms and supporting documents the information provided we will contact you to discuss product availability and levels of support.
You must hold the necessary regulatory authorisations, permissions and licences to be considered for an agency and when we assess your application a credit reference search will be undertaken.
Successful agencies will be sent a Terms of Business Agreement for singing and an agency confirmation letter. Login details will be sent by email to commence trading. We reserve the right not to extend agency facilities for all our classes of business if an agency is granted.
We have the right to decline or cancel agency facilities without giving our reasons.
